Is there a D.I.Y. option?

No, there is not. We would like each party to be styled for you so you can just relax.

How much are the fees for delivery, setup, and pickup?

Pricing varies depending on your location.

How do I pay the deposit or make a payment?

We accept PayPal or Square payments only.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

Yes a deposit is required to hold your date. This does not come off the balance and will be returned after the party if items are found in the same condition as they were at the time of set up. 

When is the full balance due?

Balance is due the Friday TWO WEEKS BEFORE your event.

Can we do any theme?

We'll be more than happy to create a custom theme for you, visit our packages page to see our current themes. Themes are updated often as well as discontinued in order to stay up to date.

Can we be hired just to make decorations for your event?

Yes we will glady make your favors custom decor etc, and we do ship.

Do we sell our tents or our supplies?

No, we are currently not selling tents.

What is included in a package?

A set up for six is what a package contains. 6 mattresses, bedding for 6, 6 trays, 6 favor bags, lighing for six, tents for 6 and also decor to set the scene for six.

How long does it take to set up?

Approximately two hours for a package with 6 tents.

It will be easy to plan your next party with the help of Once Upon A Sleepover. All you have to do is book with us and let us handle the rest. We set up everything and come back the next and take it all away. Simply leaving you and your child with sweet dreams and memories to last a lifetime. 


Once Upon A Sleepover’s schedule fills up quickly and it may be necessary to allow at least 3 weeks for party reservations. However, if you request and we have open last-minute dates, we may be able to provide accommodations.


Refundable deposit fees vary for each package and are due to reserve a party date. Please see your respective package for deposit rates. Deposits are refunded after pickup and inspection that no damage is done to products; if there is damage to any of the products, the deposit will NOT be refunded.


Once Upon A Sleepover accepts payments exclusively through PayPal. These debit/credit card payments are subject to a 2.4% processing fee. Once we have determined your final balance, we will send an electronic payment request.


If you are requesting and we have an available party date of two weeks or less, we will require a rush fee. The rush fee is $50.00 for basic setup and $75.00-$100.00 for custom events. Additionally , if we do not receive your final head count at least seven days prior to your event, you will be charged a $25.00 rush fee to accommodate shipping charges of our customized items.

All outstanding balances are due two weeks from your event. Should your two weeks fall on a weekend date, we request balances be paid the previous business day, Friday. Payments not received within this time frame will result in the cancellation of your party as mentioned in our Policies.

There is no exception to this policy. We are a reservation-based company and do not keep dates with unpaid balances due to high demand for party reservations.


If you choose to hold your event in your home, we request a large cleared-out area in your home. WE DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE and request that the area be cleared out PRIOR to our arrival. To ensure you have the absolute best experience, we recommend adequate space for guests at your party. We also asked that all pets be kept away from the set up locations as well as smoking.

Your spacing requirement will depend on the party option you choose. On average, a large living room or den area, bonus room, or the use of multiple rooms in a home will suffice. Please let us know, when booking your party, how much space will be available.

Sleepovers are able to be hosted in a hotel room and we have ones that we can suggest for you. Should you choose to have a party at a hotel not on our preferred list and there is not enough space for us to set up, there will be no refunds given. Secondly should your party be terminated for any reason by the hotel, no refund will be given, your deposit will be forfeited, and we will not set up a second location.

You may host your event outdoors; however, the temperature must not exceed 80° at the time of the event setup, which is located in a shaded area. The area should also be flat and dry. We will not set up in wet grass or mud.


We are happy to execute your event at the location of your choosing. However, in the event that you choose a hotel or clubhouse, please be advised that you are responsible for all fees associated with a different location.

Should the venue choose to deny us access, your payment will be forfeited except your deposit, which will be returned.


We will NOT provide refunds due to rain. If you choose to hold your event outside, you must have an alternate rain plan. We will not set up an event in the rain or if there are any signs of rain. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy


If you must cancel your party for any reason, the following refund policy applies:

There will be no refunds given for your deposit or previously paid party balance.

If you need to reschedule for any other reason, we will gladly offer you the next date available.

If any bakery items have been ordered, no refunds will be given. We will try to have them rescheduled.

Once Upon A Sleepover reserves the right at all times to cancel party agreements should issues arrive due to the safety of our staff or conflict between parties.  


Once Upon A Sleepover assumes no responsibility or liability for accidents or damages. In the event of damage or loss of Once Upon A Sleepover inventory and/or damage or loss to the party’s location, the financial responsibility lies entirely on the client.

Once Upon A Sleepover is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from the menu, wearing of costumes, or any activity taken place before, during, and/or after the party. In the case of liability and/or financial remuneration due to the aforementioned, the responsibility lies strictly with the client. 


Damage and/or defacement other than normal wear and tear of property belonging to Once Upon A Sleepover will result in assessment of charges and billing to the hiring client. The hiring client is responsible for damages to property of Once Upon A Sleepover from that of the hiring client and/or guests (i.e. no pens, pencils, or markers inside tents). There should be no sharp objects that may puncture the air mattress.

If you choose to provide your guests with refreshments, we ask that tomato-based entrees, pasta, greasy or messy foods are not served on bed linens as they can stain our linens and fabrics and make cleanup a challenge. Only light snacks may be eaten inside the tents. For purposes of maintaining the highest quality of our linens and fabrics, we kindly ask that beverages be light-colored or clear (no cola products or fruit punch) and please, no food items containing tomatoes, tomato sauce, or dark-colored jellies.

Please let us know beforehand what food items you would like to serve. Although we understand accidents may happen, the client may be held responsible for excessive damage to Once Upon A Sleepover's property.

Should you select “yes” that Once Upon A Sleepover may photograph your event in the party agreement, Once Upon A Sleepover reserves the right to use photography taken at your event in any promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Once Upon A Sleepover, in perpetuity, and for other use by Once Upon A Sleepover.

However, we respect your privacy and should you not like your party photographed, we will refrain from doing so or photograph within your stipulations.

Each Once Upon A Sleepover party is unique. Exact décor, party favors, and fabrics are subject to change slightly based upon product availability. We do a lot of repeat and referral business and update our event designs frequently to keep them fresh and unique. We will always present a gorgeous event that fits your theme even if exact details vary slightly from things that are depicted on our website.

Any major changes will be communicated to you in advance of your event. If there is something you have seen on our website that you want at your event, please ask. We may be able to accommodate you.


If selecting a dessert table with your sleepover, please provide a clear table for products to be set up.

Provide safe, clean areas for other activities: a craft area and an area for games.

Provide a smoke-free environment.

Please remain with the party at all times.

Please keep guests, children, and/or parents clear of the activity area as we have a set time for party setup and breakdown.


Occasionally, Once Upon A Sleepover is contacted by creative party blogs in request of one of our style events. Please keep in mind that Once Upon A Sleepover will never take credit for work not styled by its employees, and should there be any outside vendors you would like mentioned (cake decorator, costume designer, etc.), please feel free to let us know.

Please also be aware that in the event that a Once Upon A Sleepover event is featured, we do provide detail and image selection. All creative rights (the final images used, the final content) lies with the blogger, not Once Upon A Sleepover.

If you would not like your event featured outside of the Once Upon A Sleepover social media outlets or would like your event featured with specifications, please let us know as we must mention them prior to each write-up. Once Upon A Sleepover is not responsible for allergic reactions or any other medical reaction stemming from products used for spa parties. If a client or any guest has sensitive skin, we recommend they do not participate in the spa portion of the party.
